Guys, I just need to say this for the record with the UTMOST confidence.........this is Weckl in his prime, so SAVOR it as long as you can. This is without question some of the best stuff I've ever heard from him. He is ABSOLUTELY Vinnie's equal in his own way. (though credit STILL TO THIS DAY needs to be given where it's due with Vinnie's RH/LF/LH/RF pattern)

Many may disagree, but NO ONE, and I repeat, NO ONE caresses and flows on the kit like this man. He might be the ULTIMATE example of how uber-speed and hard hitting can only go so far to be impressive. His dynamics are unlike anyone else out there, and how he plays shows people that drumming is art, and not just hits to back up other melodic instrument players. It is NEVER a "lick" for "lick's" sake, and if it ever is, he's fooling me. His technique just continues to get better with age. Unbelievable. Of course, you all already know this, but that's ok....it's all good.

Wait to see another little clip from the same concert, soloing over Hits, the way he only knows.
One thing: the concert was long, he played solos in almost every tune, the last song was a Heavy version of Pastorius?s Chicken. Ten minutes later he was out the stage signing and taking pics and he HADN?T SWEATED A DROP. After the effort,he seemed to have been watching TV for two hours.
As Shedder said, he moves on the drums LIKE THE WATER.

OK, I jumped the gun on this one...that was a premature post [the file sounded like it was pretty darn cool & I figured I'd be able to get it], but every time I try to DL this [at different & various times on diff days], it does so REALLY slooooowwwww, & every time when it gets between 31 to 33% dl'd, it is cancelled ["cancelled DL - server connection reset"] [img]confused.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/grrr.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/thumbs_down.gif[/img]

Hi Fuse, send me an e mail and I will tell you where to download the video directly from my webserver. If anyone is interested in it, please do the same.
